Overview

At Farbic Consultores S.A.C., we provide comprehensive advice to obtain registrations of chemical and biological pesticides for agricultural use, growth regulators and atypical pesticides, under current national and regional regulations.
Our technical team is in charge of the entire regulatory process before the competent authorities, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, for the preparation of the technical file, collection of observations and constant monitoring until obtaining the registration certificate.

Regulatory scope and management
We carry out complete management before the corresponding regulatory entities:

  • SENASA – National Agrarian Health Service
  • DIGESA – General Directorate of Environmental Health
  • DGAA – General Directorate of Environmental Affairs

Each procedure is carried out in accordance with national regulations and the current Andean Standard.

We advise and manage the preparation of the technical file and field tests required for the evaluation of the pesticide by the competent national authority.

Advice for obtaining registrations of pesticides with characteristics equal to another already registered (Clone)

Based on the information provided by the company and the parent file, we advise on the preparation of the technical file to obtain pesticides with technical characteristics equal to another already registered (Clone), according to current national regulations.

advice on experimental permits

We advise on obtaining experimental permits for the registration of new formulations of agricultural pesticides without prior registration in Peru. It includes the approval of efficacy trial protocols and the development of said trials.

Advice on obtaining sample import permits

Management of health authorizations for the import of experimental samples and commercial batches through the SIPTEL system, ensuring documentary compliance and product traceability.

Advice on environmental studies

We develop the studies required by the competent authority to evaluate the environmental impact of agricultural pesticides. Includes: Environmental Risk Study (ERA) and Environmental Management Plan (PMA); both aimed at proposing preventive, mitigating and corrective measures aligned with national legislation.
